Learn to embody parts-work and your most intuitive inner healer

What The Hell Is Going On?

A Expressive IFS Support & Learning Group

For Clinicians, Coaches and Helping Professionals

Twice A Month

With Certified IFS Consultant & Psychotherapist Adrienne Glasser

The current political environment has most helping professionals, disoriented, and struggling not to be disillusioned. Feeling connected to our purpose and hopeful with connection to self energy has been understandably challenging. Right now, we are all incredibly isolated and in need of community so that our individual struggles do not get separated from the systemic challenges that we are all going through.

This support group for helping professionals will allow you to get your own support in addition to learning somatic & expressive parts work. Through somatic movement, role-play and IFS constellations work as a group.

Expressive IFS Clinicians’ Group

This twice-monthly group is designed for helping professionals who want to deepen their skills in Expressive Internal Family Systems (Expressive IFS) through experiential learning and community support.

By alternating between case consultation and practice, this group provides a balanced rhythm of learning, application, and integration. Clinicians leave not only with the mastery of the IFS steps of unblending & unburdening- but will also have the lived, embodied experience of Expressive IFS tools, and be ready to bring them directly into their work with clients with additional support for themselves during these challenging times.
